Come join our free Adult English as a Second Language (ESL) Conversation Program on Thursday evenings, where we aim to support students to develop their English communication skills.
What does a typical day in class look like?
Every evening includes two parts:
- A coffee social with members from our church community where you have the opportunity to mingle and meet different people every week
- A teaching period where your teacher will facilitate conversations around a different topic every week and encourage everyone to develop relationships and improve their English skills.
Are there any extra activities?
Yes! We host entertainment evenings throughout the year, including games nights and potlucks. Stay tuned for more information!
Who can participate?
We welcome all newcomers to Canada, immigrants, and students to join our free ESL classes.
Where are the classes?
Classes are at Living Word Canadian Reformed Church, 206 Victoria Road North, Guelph. Our church building is conveniently located in front of a bus stop (Victoria at Greenview) on routes number 13 and 17.
How much is it and how can I register for the ESL program?
